Here it comes again: Poem

Here it comes again.

The cloud has a distinct presence.

My chest pools into my stomach,

hands tremble and breathing slows.

It pulls me away from my happiness.

Here it comes again.

My back knots as it crawls up my spine,

and oozes into my thoughts.

It whispers, "You're not good enough!"

as it freezes my hands and cramps my mind.
